Complaints and return of goods

If the goods do not fit, we will gladly exchange them!

1. Legal right of withdrawal, exchange

For clarification: This is not a prerequisite for the effective example of the statutory right of withdrawal: The withdrawal is also effective if you do not follow the instructions below:

• According to the law, the cost of returning the goods is purely the responsibility of you as the customer. The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

• Under no circumstances may you send the goods cash on delivery! Such a shipment will not be accepted and thus your claim, or goods return, cannot be processed.

• Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods.

• If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging and with all packaging components. avoid damage and contamination.

• If you no longer have the original packaging, please pack the goods so that no transport damage can occur.

 

2. Right of return, exchange

You have a right of withdrawal, this is

- 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Within 14 days after receipt of the goods (beginning of the period is the day after receipt of the goods), the customer can

1. the goods you wish to return must be placed unused in the original packaging, together with the completed form.

2. try to pack the box in such a way that there is no possible damage to the packaging or the contents during transport. Bubble wrap, packing paper or a larger cardboard box are best, but a stronger plastic bag can also serve its purpose. Do not tape over the original shoe box, as this would devalue it!

3. send the packed goods to the following address:

PLEASE NOTE!

We will not reimburse you for return shipping costs.

Under no circumstances should you send the goods cash on delivery! Such a shipment will not be accepted, and your complaint or return of goods will not be processed. We recommend that you send the goods by registered mail and at the same time insure them for the value of the goods. This is a service offered to you by the post office when sending a parcel. In the event that something should happen to the parcel during transport, you will receive your money back upon presentation of the postal receipt.

After receiving the goods, we will check them and at the earliest possible date we will inform you by e-mail about the planned processing date and about sending the goods back to your address.

The deadline for exchanging the goods depends on the current stock levels. If we have the goods in stock, we will of course send you the requested size immediately.

4. the following conditions must be observed:

4.1 The goods must be unworn and suitable for resale.

4.2 The goods must be packed in the original packaging, which must not be devalued. Any use of adhesive tape, inscriptions, stickers, openings, as well as dirt, grease residues, moisture, etc. is disturbing.

4.3 Only try the goods in a clean and dry room, because your complaint or goods return request can only be processed positively if the goods sent by you are clean, undamaged, unwashed, dry and have the original labels.

4.4 Purchased shoes are only to be tried on a clean and dry surface, e.g. at home on a carpet, on room flooring etc. If you decide to return or claim the shoes and the soles show wear marks or signs of wear (even if only slight), your claim cannot be accepted. The shoe box is part of the product and must be sent together with the shoe contents and in perfect condition when returning or exchanging the goods.

 

HOW TO PROCEED IN THE EVENT OF A GOODS CLAIM?

If the goods are defective, you are entitled to the statutory warranty rights.

Please provide us with the following information:

- Order number

- A brief description of the defect

You are entitled to the warranty rights independently of the following request:

If the goods are damaged or have other defects, please contact us before returning the goods to us.

This will enable us to process the claim more easily and quickly.
